Hate eating vegetables? Most people do, but what if there was a quick and east way to consume all your daily fruits and vegetables without suffering? Would you do it? Most likely the answer is no, because there is always the taste factor and if it taste like a vegetable then you probably aren’t going to be inclined to eat it. It might be good for you but you just can’t stand to chock down a head of broccoli. Fruit on the other hand might taste fine, but the pain of peeling them and chopping them keeps you from picking them over the Oreos.
The problem with buying juice at the local grocery store is that they are jam packed full of preservatives and sugars that aren’t healthy for the body, and can actually slow the metabolism.
With juicing you don’t have to worry about taste. You can juice 2 carrots, a stalk of celery, and an apple for one glass of juice that is full of raw nutrients that your body needs, and the apple gives it a sweet fruity kick. Or you can add a hint of ginger to carrot and asparagus and still have a delicious vegetable experience. There are so many combinations and recipes that you will have trouble trying them all.
You will find that weight will naturally come off. You are giving your body the nutrients that it needs so it can use some of the new found energy to burn off that old nasty fat that has been lingering in your belly and thighs. Who doesn’t want that? All you need to do is juice!
Another benefit of juicing is that the body doesn’t need to go into digestion mode because you are consuming liquid. Your body can naturally absorb the nutrients and vitamins that are in the juice. You will find that you have oodles and scads more energy after juicing, which is your body’s way of saying thank you.
After juicing many people say that they feel a “sugar high”. You may be confused, because there is no added sugar into the mixture, but fruits and vegetables naturally have sugar in them. After drinking a glass your body releases the fruit and vegetable sugar which gets the endorphins going just like it would after a good, hard workout.
When it comes to buying a juicer you need to be careful. Some aren’t as powerful as other and leave you with wet, nasty pulp. Some can’t even grind up the skin of some fruits, which also have many good nutrients. I would recommend the Jack Lalane Power Juicer.
